We stand behind Plica with a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee. If you use Plica daily in the shower for 30 days and do not see a noticeable difference in the redness, burning, wetness, or odor in your skin fold, we will refund your entire purchase. No hoops. No questions. No hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@getplica.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Once your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Refund eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must have been used as directed — daily in the shower on affected skin fold areas. We offer this guarantee because we are confident that 30 days of consistent use is enough time for pH correction, dead skin removal, and barrier repair to show measurable results.

Do I need to return the product?

No. We do not require you to ship the product back. Soap is a personal hygiene item and we do not accept physical returns for health and safety reasons. Your refund is processed based on your request alone.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@getplica.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will reship the correct product at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (US) or 25 business days (international) of your order date, contact us at support@getplica.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Partial orders

If you purchased a multi-bar protocol (3 bars or 5 bars), the refund applies to your entire order. We do not offer partial refunds on individual bars within a multi-bar purchase.

Subscription cancellations

Subscriptions are not available at this time. When we introduce subscriptions in the future, this section will be updated with cancellation terms.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Plica Intertrigo Relief Soap is a single-product brand. If you are unhappy with your purchase, request a refund using the process above.
