Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
Orders of 1 bar: flat rate shipping of $4.95.
Orders of 3 bars or more: free standard shipping.
Delivery time — United States
After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes 7–12 business days to arrive at your door. Total time from placing your order to receiving it is typically 9–16 business days.
Delivery time — International
After your order has been processed and shipped, international delivery takes 5–15 business days depending on your country and local customs processing. Total time from placing your order to receiving it is typically 7–19 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states and internationally to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, email us at support@getplica.com and we will confirm.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@getplica.com.
Delayed or lost shipments
If your US order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, or your international order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@getplica.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Order changes or cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us at support@getplica.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
